Sir:

The Paco National High School recently underwent a location risk assessment and
school safety assessment and has received approval from the Department of Education and
Department of Health to conduct face-to-face classes. This affirms that our school is compliant
with the minimum public health standards set by the government.

In light of this, the school will participate in the pilot implementation of face-to-face
classes. This activity aims to further develop strategies, understand key considerations of
stakeholders, and identify resources required for the effective and efficient transition of learners
from distance learning to expanded face-to-face classes.

This activity will be conducted for a maximum of two months in schools that were
carefully selected to be in areas classified as minimal risk from COVID-19 and can offer diverse
perspectives based on their local context and best practices.

The pilot face-to-face classes will be held from November 15, 2021 to January 31, 2022
from Monday to Friday (Morning Session only with four(4) hours academics contact).

Other important declarations for safety to both students and school personnel are declared
in the DepEd-DOH Joint Circular No. 01, s. 2021.

Relative to the statement declared above, we are tapping your shoulders to serve as
one of our strong partners in the implementation of the limited face to face class BY
REQUESTING ELECTRICAL INSPECTION AND REWIRING TO SIXTEEN (16)
CLASSROOMS, AND 4 LABORATORIES(COMPUTER,CLINIC,LIBRARY,SCIENCE).

COMMITMENT

I, ENGR. GODOFREDO B. HOMEZ,General Manager, COTELCO,Manubuan,

Matalam,North Cotabato, commit myself in behalf of the organization to fervently support the
implementation of Paco National High School in the Limited face-to-Face Class for it is part of
our social and community involvement.

I also pledge to support all programs and projects in any means that our organization can
extend as it strives to open wider horizon for the achievement of quality education.

I see this cause as an opportunity to become strong and dynamic partners for a better
today and a brighter tomorrow.
