• Key stage 2 is the segment needing a focus because of its decreasing
enrollment 3 years back to current school year.
• The chart above shows the decreasing number of enrollment from
school year 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.
• The key stage 2 segment should be given support for the decreasing of
enrollment.
• Male learners decreases its number of enrollment from 70 enrollees in
the school year 2020-2021 down to 60 enrollees in the current school
year.

• B. The charts above shows the cluster performance of Makat
Elementary School 3 years back in terms of the enrollment, school
age and gender. The total number of enrollment in the past 3 years
and current school year was decreasing. Transfer of residence and
family planning are some of the reasons of the decreasing number of
enrollment in current school year.

•Makat Elementray School has 7 fully vaccinated filled teaching and 1 with booster.
•Makat Elementray School has 8 total number of classroom allocation, however there is 6 total
number of classrooms completely constructed and no ongoing construction of classroom.
• Makat Elementray School has 160 number of seats allocation. No seats to be delivered.
Agenda:
Highlight policy issues, program design concerns, system
improvements and/or capability building needs relative to
efficiency and quality that the DO/RO/CO should
immediately address.
