THE LOVE OF GOD FOR SINFUL HUMANITY

God loves the sinner but hates sin. Sin is a destroyer. The Lord Jesus Christ came to
earth “.....to save His people from their sin.....”. ( Matthew 1 verse 21).

“.....For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life ...” .( John 3 verse 16 ).

Abraham , obeying the Voice of God , rising up early to go and sacrifice his beloved son
Isaac. The picture the loving father and prepared to his sacrifice his beloved Son.

There was Abraham , going up the mountain to offer up his only son Isaac. He had been
given the promise that his wife Sarah would have her son in her old age. Their old
wrinkled bodies were quickened and translated and made young again. A picture of the
Rapture of the Bride when “...we shall be changed, in a moment in a twinkling of an
eye....”.

Abraham had his eye on the promised Word. He knew Isaac was a son of promise that
“....In Isaac , all nations shall be blessed....”. ( See Genesis 22 verses 16 to 18 ).

Abraham is known as the friend of God. Abraham walked by faith and not by sight. He
had learnt to place his body in subjection to the Word of God.

Abraham had learnt to live moment by moment in His presence. “....In His Presence there
is fulness of joy....”. ( Psalms 16 verse 11 ). Abraham’s life was centred around the Word
of God. Abraham believed God. Abraham knew that the same God that could touch and
heal his body and touch and heal Sarah’s barren womb could raise Isaac from the dead.

In Romans 4 verse 16 to 25 :

“.......Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure
to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of
Abraham; who is the father of us all,

  17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he
believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as
though they were.

  18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations,
according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.

  19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was
about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:

  20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith,
giving glory to God;

  21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

  22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

  23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him;

  24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus
our Lord from the dead;

  25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.....”.

Abraham knew that God had made a promise to him and Abraham knew that God kept
His Word and that with God nothing is impossible. “.... All things are possible to them that
believe....”. ( Mark 9 verse 23 ).

Abraham committed his life to God and separated himself from everything that was
contrary to the Word of God. He separated himself from unbelief. He separated himself
from fear. He separated himself from doubt. The Bible says in Romans 4 verses 19 to 22.

“....19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was
about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:

  20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith,
giving glory to God;

  21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

  22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness....”.

THE COSMOS SYSTEM OF THIS WORLD IS PERVERSE and it’s corrupting perverse
influence destroys all those it contaminates. THE COSMOS SYSTEM OF THIS IS BASED
ON FEAR, DOUBT AND UNBELIEF.

THE COSMOS SYSTEM DOUBT’S THE WORD OF GOD. THE COSMOS SYSTEM DENIES
THE AUTHORITY AND THE INFALLIBILITY OF THE WORD OF GOD. THE COSMOS
SYSTEM PARALYZES IT’S CAPTIVES WITH FEAR AND UNBELIEF.

Abraham never allowed the corrupt influences of THE COSMOS SYSTEM OF SODOM
AND GOMORRAH to corrupt and paralyze his faith. He stayed out of Sodom and
Gomorrah. He stayed away from that demonic influence that corrupted those wicked
cities. He separated and consecrated his life unto the Word of God.

“.... Where there is no vision , the people perish...” ( Proverbs 29 verse 18 ). In Hosea 4 verse
6 we read :“......My people perish for lack of knowledge.....” ( Hosea 4 verse 6 ).

Before Judgement comes on the earth, God always sends a message of Grace to deliver
His people. Those that take heed to the MESSAGE OF GRACE escape the Judgements of
God.

God speaks to his prophets. Before God does something on earth , He speaks to His
prophets. Before He destroyed the world with water in Noah’s day, God spoke to His
prophet Noah and told Noah to build an Ark of safety.

In Noah’s day, Noah separated himself from the wickedness of the cosmos system of
that day. Those that refused to take heed to Noah’s message and refused to enter the
ARK OF SAFETY perished in the WATER JUDGEMENTS.

Before God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, He spoke to His Prophet Abraham and
told Abraham that He would destroy Sodom and Gomorrah.

The Civil Rights movement of Sodom and Gomorrah could not stop the judgement fires
of God. The Mayor, the politicians , the backslidden preachers that promoted filth and
wickedness and vile abominable acts in the name of so called FREEDOM OF
EXPRESSION saying that GOD IS LOVE deceived the people and placed them under a
curse that brought down the fire judgements of God. ENTICING SPIRITS IN SODOM AND
GOMORRAH DECEIVING THE PEOPLE TO LIVE WICKED FILTHY LIVESDOOMED THOSE
WICKED PEOPLE OF SODOM AND GOMORRAH TO BE JUDGED WITH FIRE AND
BRIMSTONE.

Sodom and Gomorrah had separated their lives from the WORD OF GOD. They
questioned the AUTHORITY OF THE WORD OF GOD. They questioned the
INFALLIBILITY OF THE WORD OF GOD and brought judgement upon themselves.

SODOM AND GOMMORRAH PERISHED FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE . THEIR WICKED

LIVES AND ABOMINABLE ASTS BROUGHTY DOWN THE FIRE JUDGEMENTS OF GOD.
FIRE AND BRIMSTONE DESTROYED THOSE WICKED CITIES.

Romans 12 verses 1 and 2 says :

“.....1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a
living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

  2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your
mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God......”.

Abraham had learnt the importance of living a life of total surrender to God. When Lot
walked by sight, Abraham walked by faith. Abraham was WORD RULED AND NOT
SENSE RULED.

Abraham didnot allow the five carnal senses to control his life. He walked by faith and
not by sight. “.... Can two walk together except they be agreed ? ....”. ( Amos 3 verse 7 ).

Abraham learnt the importance of full obedience. Abraham knew that partial obedience
was not the same as full obedience.

Abraham asked the servants to stay behind with the donkeys. They were to carnal to
qualify for the Divine experience with Almighty God. There are some people that are in
the outer circle of fellowship and not in the inner circle of fellowship. The ones in the
inner circle are called , chosen and faithful.

Isaac carried the wood up the mountain. A picture of the Lord Jesus Christ carrying the
cross going to be crucified on Mount Calvary.

They gathered stones and built the altar. The wood was placed on the altar.

In Genesis 22 verse 7 and 8 we read :

“.....  7 And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am
I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt
offering?

  8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went
both of them together....”.

There it was . The Gospel of the Kingdom . “.....For God so loved the world that He gave his
only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting
life ...” .( John 3 verse 16 ).

GOD HIMSELF , PROVIDED HIMSELF AS A LAMB . “.....GOD WILL PROVIIDE HIMSELF A

LAMB....”. ( Genesis 22 verse 8 ).

He prepared Himself a body. ( Hebrews 10 verse 5 ; 1 John 3 verse 16 ; Genesis 1 verse

1 ; John 1 verse 1 ; John 1 verse 14 ; Isaiah 7 verse 14 ; Isaiah 9 verse 6; Isaiah 26 verse
19 ; 1 Timothy 3 verse 16 ; John 3 verse 16 ; Hebrews 4 verse 12 ).

In Genesis 22 we read :

“.......And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him,
Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am.

  2 And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into
the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains
which I will tell thee of.

  3 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his
young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose
up, and went unto the place of which God had told him.

  4 Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off.

  5 And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will
go yonder and worship, and come again to you.

  6 And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he
took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.

  7 And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I,
my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt
offering?

  8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they
went both of them together.

  9 And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar
there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon
the wood.

  10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.

  11 And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham:
and he said, Here am I.

  12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for
now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son
from me.

  13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a
thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt
offering in the stead of his son.

  14 And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Jireh: as it is said to this day, In the
mount of the LORD it shall be seen.

  15 And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time,

  16 And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing,
and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son:

  17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars
of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the
gate of his enemies;

  18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed
my voice.

  19 So Abraham returned unto his young men, and they rose up and went together to
Beersheba; and Abraham dwelt at Beersheba.

  20 And it came to pass after these things, that it was told Abraham, saying, Behold, Milcah,
she hath also born children unto thy brother Nahor;

  21 Huz his firstborn, and Buz his brother, and Kemuel the father of Aram,

  22 And Chesed, and Hazo, and Pildash, and Jidlaph, and Bethuel.

  23 And Bethuel begat Rebekah: these eight Milcah did bear to Nahor, Abraham's brother.

  24And his concubine, whose name was Reumah, she bare also Tebah, and Gaham, and
Thahash, and Maachah....”.

The Believer in God’s Word recognizes that it is by Grace that we are saved. “.....For God so
loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him
should not perish, but have everlasting life ...” . ( John 3 verse 16 ). Amen and Amen.

The Grace of God . The Love of God. The Mercy of God.

Abraham received Isaac as if back from the dead . “....Accounting that God [was] able to
raise [him] up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.....”.
( Hebrews 11 verse 19 ).

Religions of the world have a founder. Their founders are dead and buried. “...Dust to
dust...”. Their graves or tombs are sealed and have a tombstone with their name on it.

Christianity is the only religion in the world that can point to an empty tomb in
Jerusalem . The tomb in Jerusalem is empty. The Lord Jesus Christ raised up within
three days.

Just like Jonah was in the belly of the whale for three days, the Body of the LORD
JESUS CHRIST was in the BELLY OF THE EARTH for three days . On the third day He
arose from the dead, VICTORIOUS OVER DEATH , HELL AND THE GRAVE . The stone
was rolled back to show that the tomb was empty. Amen and Amen.

He arose from the dead. He conquered death, hell and the grave. He is alive
forevermore. HE LIVES, HE LIVES, HE LIVES. AMEN ! AMEN ! AMEN ! . To God be the
Glory. . “.....For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life ...” . ( John 3 verse
16 ).
