Andrew Moser 10/27/20101BDwight Howard is a NBA basketball player, who plays for the Orlando Magic. He was born December 8, 1985, in Atlanta Georgia. He is 6 ft 11 in, and 265 lbs. The Orlando Magicdrafted Dwight in 2004, in the first round. Since then he has won defensive player of the year twice, been unanimously nominated to be on the NBA All Defensive First team, and the NBAAll-Stars First Team. He leads the NBA in blocked shots and rebounds for his third consecutiveyear. His current salary is $16,647,180.Dwight¶s best season so far was 2008-2009. He had 1,093 rebounds, 112 assists, 77steals, 231 blocks, 240 turnovers, 270 personal fouls, and 1,624 points. He currently leads thenation in rebounds, and blocks, and is the first person in NBA history to lead both at the sametime. This year he is projected to better his stats. I can¶t wait to see him during the NBA finals.
