Library
64 students and 2 teachers have utilized the library books across 10 schools.
Atma Mumbai trustees visited one of the night
Mobile Science Laboratories school.
The Science teachers from night schools conducted eleven Concept Development Program sessions for 8th
9th and 10th standard throughout 10 night schools so far. The average result is 71% of all 10 night schools. Godrej & Boyce did the Educational material

Nutrition Diwali camp has started from 1st of November

Nutrition is helping our students to build energy and enthusiasm after a long days hard work, for until 14th of November at Sahakar night

Capacity Building: New Look

Volunteering Program www.masoomeducation.org
Our volunteers have conducted fourteen sessions of English conversation in 10 night schools. However, due
to holidays and exams on Saturdays the extra classes could not be conducted. The Sunday class is being
taken by a night school student who was a topper last year ,he has volunteered to take coaching of the
10th standard students from Milind night school.

Counseling
Our counselor, Ms. Argha has conducted 11 individual sessions at Milind, Kirti and KMS night schools so
far. Ms Anuradha has conducted 8 individual sessions at Agarkar and VidyaMandir night schools. She has
conducted teachers meeting and parents meeting in both the schools. Our ne w counselor. Ms Pinal has
started counseling sessions at Adarsh night school, so far she has conducted 5 individual sessions.

Headmasters & CEO meetings

Our CEO had a meeting with headmasters of Kirti, KMS, Adarsh, Utkarsh, Maratha, Social, Milind, Sahakar.
To get the feedback about the programs run by Masoom. And also to get their suggestions on the same.

All Head Masters have given their consent to the audio visual syllabus CD program for the 10th standard Wish you all A Very Happy Diwali &
students .The syllabus CDs will be used by the subject teachers of the schools in December. Prosperous New Year!!

Vocational Courses
This month Masoom placed 13 students for computer MS-CIT course. This is a government recognized
computer course. Out of the 13 students enrolled 11 students have got scholarship through Masoom and 2
students got concession of Rs 400/- . The total cost of the course is Rs 2500/-

Grooming & Development

Our 4 students from night schools have visited Taj hotel. This visit was a part of industry visit from Kotak
Education Foundation. It was a thrilling experience for them.

Direct Placement
Masoom has helped 2 students from night schools to get the placement. One of them has got placed at
Edelweiss Broking Ltd as an Executive, his earlier salary was 3500/- and now it has jump on 6500/- and
another one has got placed at MSRDC.
