The HR officer needs training to manage and fulfil the following responsibilities:

1. employee benefits questions or recruiting

2. interviewing and recurring they require person the required job

3. hiring new staff in accordance with policies established by top management

4. how to limit job turnover

5. help organizations increase performance and improve results

Ans: To recruit best possible work force as per the job requirement at the right time for the
benefit of the organization as well as motive the work force to give best of their output for the
growth of the company.

Ans: Training was given as HR Officer we were given training to judge the best need work
force and take out the best out of them by applying various motivation schemes and theories
and how to improvise growth in the organization by the recruited work force.

Q4. Who was the trainer?

Ans: The trainer was market research specialist Mr. Rishabh Mehta.

Q5. What was the method of training?

Ans: The training was on the job training under his supervision for 3 months. Later I was
given responsibility to handle the task alone.

Q6. What was the purpose of training?

Ans: To attract new talented employees for the required job later to retain the existing
employees.

Q7. Was the training beneficial as per the job description?

Ans: Yes it was essential.
