Leading Concept:
No topic is probably more important to the organizational success than leadership. Leadership
matters. In most situations, a team, military unit, or voluntary organization is only as good as its
leader.

The concept of leadership continuous to evolve as the needs of organizations change. Among all
the ideas and writing about leadership, three aspects stand out- people, influence, and goals.
Leadership occurs among the people, involves the use of influence, and is used to attain goals.

An adventure is an activity that is perceived to involve risk, danger or exciting experiences.

The term is often used to refer to activities with some potential for physical danger, such
as skydiving, mountain climbing and or participating in extreme sports. Adventurous experiences
create psychological and physiological arousal, which can be interpreted as negative (e.g. fear) or
positive (e.g. flow). For some people, adventure becomes a major pursuit in and of itself.
According to adventurer André Malraux, in his La Condition Humaine (1933), "If a man is not
ready to risk his life, where is his dignity?" Similarly, Helen Keller stated that "Life is either a
daring adventure or nothing."

Outdoor adventurous activities are typically undertaken for the purposes

of recreation or excitement: examples are adventure racing and adventure tourism. Adventurous
activities can also lead to gains in knowledge, such as those undertaken by explorers and
pioneers. Adventure education intentionally uses challenging experiences for learning.

We are the first mover of this kind of unique concept which provides satisfaction to those who
are adventurous people. It is introduced for the first time in India which is not just one ride or not
just one adventure but provides a chain of adventures, which will fascinate the adventurous
people like anything.

Being the first mover of such kind of concept we are the leading in this industry. And being a
leader of such a unique concept is also a great responsibility, which include many more things.
But we are trying our best to fulfill all the responsibilities.

It will provide opportunities to those people who are having the knowledge of such adventurous
but they do not have so much of capital to invest in such kind of activity and their knowledge is
not getting converted in to the real concept.
It will provide employment to those people. And they will get a chance to utilize their skills over
here. More over the material which will be needed to set up the concept will enhance the income
of the material producers (for e.g. ) steel industry, as this is very huge concept it requires a lot of
capital.

Being the leader of such a unique concept these all responsibilities will have to be fulfilled.

Motivation and Communication:

An adventurer is a person who bases his lifestyle or their fortunes on adventurous acts. An
adventurer or adventuress is a term that usually takes one of three meanings:

 One whose travels are unusual and often exotic, though not so unique as to qualify
as exploration.
 One who lives by their wits.
 One who takes part in a risky or speculative course of action for profit or position.

Motivation and communication is the most useful things for such kind of unique and expensive
business setup. There are very less adventurers in the country like India. We need to motivate
those people also who are excited about such concept but feared about such an adventurous
activity.

We will hire experts in each area who can motivate and help the people to once try for the
activity and feel the thrill, which will indirect increase our revenue and make the people
adventure lover. Gradually this motivation will increase the number of people who likes to do
adventurous activities in India.

Ultimately it will enhance the business of India only and also will give employment to lots of
people, who can not establish their business because of lack of capital. And it will also help to
the country to increase tourism business.
Over time, technology has progressed and has created new forms of and ideas about
communication. The newer advances include media and communications psychology. Media
psychology is an emerging field of study. These technological advances revolutionized the
processes of communication. Researchers have divided how communication was transformed
into three revolutionary stages:
In the 1st Information Communication Revolution, the first written communication began, with
pictographs. These writings were made on stone, which were too heavy to transfer. During this
era, written communication was not mobile, but nonetheless existed.

In the 2nd Information Communication Revolution, writing began to appear on paper, papyrus,
clay, wax, etc. Common alphabets were introduced, allowing the uniformity of language across
large distances. Much later the Gutenberg printing-press was invented. Gutenberg created this
printing-press after a long period of time in the 15th century.

In the 3rd Information Communication Revolution, information can now be transferred via
controlled waves and electronic signals.

Communication is thus a process by which meaning is assigned and conveyed in an attempt to

create shared understanding. This process requires a vast repertoire of skills
in interpersonal processing, listening, observing, speaking, questioning, analyzing, gestures and
evaluating. It is through communication that collaboration and cooperation occur.

There are also many common barriers to successful communication, two of which are message
overload (when a person receives too many messages at the same time), and message
complexity. Communication is a continuous process. The psychology of media communications
is an emerging area of increasing attention and study.

It is the major function to be planned in this business. It is the most significant function in this
whole business setup. At each and every point communication is needed. For that the latest
communication design will be made by paying very high cost. It will be taken care by the experts
in that area. As this business involves the risk of life, the communication must be very quick and
very effective without any mistake or barriers.

For adventurous activities Visual communication is very important. Some symbols and sign are
significant for those activities.

Visual communication is communication through visual aid. It is the conveyance of ideas and
information in forms that can be read or looked upon. Primarily associated with two
dimensional images, it includes: signs, typography, drawing, graphic design, illustration, colour
and electronic resources. It solely relies on vision. It is form of communication with visual effect.
It explores the idea that a visual message with text has a greater power to inform, educate
or persuade a person. It is communication by presenting information through visual form.

The evaluation of a good visual design is based on measuring comprehension by the audience,
not on aesthetic or artistic preference. Here, focus is on the presentation of text, pictures,
diagrams, photos, et cetera, integrated on a computer display. The term visual presentation is
used to refer to the actual presentation of information. Recent research in the field has focused
on web design and graphically oriented usability. Graphic designers use methods of visual
communication in their professional practice.

This will be very effective for the soft running of business activities.
Team Work:
A team comprises a group of people or animals linked in a common purpose. Teams are
especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many
interdependent subtasks.

A group in itself does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with
complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each
member to maximize his or her strengths and minimize his or her weaknesses. Team members
need to learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their true potential, and
create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations.

Thus teams of sports players can form (and re-form) to practice their craft. Transport logistics
executives can select teams of horses, dogs or oxen for the purpose of conveying goods.

Theorists in business in the late 20th century popularized the concept of constructing teams.
Differing opinions exist on the efficacy of this new management fad. Some see "team" as a four-
letter word: overused and under-useful. Others see it as a panacea that finally realizes the human
relations movement's desire to integrate what that movement perceives as best for workers and as
best for managers. Still others believe in the effectiveness of teams, but also see them as
dangerous because of the potential for exploiting workers — in that team effectiveness can rely
on peer pressure and peer surveillance.

Team work is also as significant as the factor of communication. Different teams will be formed
to direct and plan different activities. To guide customers for different activities, to take care of
different tools, to take care of all technical aspects we will be having a team of experts. Their
effective group efforts will be very significant for easy functioning of day to day activities.

Information Technology and E-business:

Electronic business, commonly referred to as "eBusiness" or "e-business", may be defined as the
application of information and communication technologies (ICT) in support of all the activities
of business. Commerce constitutes the exchange of products and services between businesses,
groups and individuals and can be seen as one of the essential activities of any business.
Electronic commerce focuses on the use of ICT to enable the external activities and relationships
of the business with individuals, groups and other businesses .

Electronic business methods enable companies to link their internal and external data processing
systems more efficiently and flexibly, to work more closely with suppliers and partners, and to
better satisfy the needs and expectations of their customers.

In practice, e-business is more than just e-commerce. While e-business refers to more strategic
focus with an emphasis on the functions that occur using electronic capabilities, e-commerce is a
subset of an overall e-business strategy. E-commerce seeks to add revenue streams using
the World Wide Web or the Internet to build and enhance relationships with clients and partners
and to improve efficiency using the Empty Vessel strategy. Often, e-commerce involves the
application of knowledge management systems.

E-business involves business processes spanning the entire value chain: electronic purchasing
and supply chain management, processing orders electronically, handling customer service, and
cooperating with business partners. Special technical standards for e-business facilitate the
exchange of data between companies. E-business software solutions allow the integration of intra
and inter firm business processes. E-business can be conducted using the Web, the
Internet, intranets, extranets, or some combination of these.

We are going to adopt some ideas of foreign companies, which have registered their ideas so we
need to deal with those companies and collaborate with them. We need to import some safety
tools from foreign countries which will require b2b concept of business. And
