This is further to the meeting conducted on 7/12/10 at Naraina office of the client
by the representative of M/s Eastman Cast and Forge Ltd and M/s Elite Marketing &
research Ghaziabad With reference to your Proposal for conducting the marketing
and promotion for the newly launched product categories i.e. vacuum cleaner & car
washer. The minutes of the meeting are as:
• The product is newly launched and no marketing and sales activity is carried
till date.
• The Eastman Ltd wants to outsource marketing & sales of the complete range
of the said product.
• The initial area of target will be Delhi.
• Local area marketing of the product in desired territory will be carried for the
first 3 months.
• The activity will also emphasize over sales together with marketing and
promotion.
• The entire cost of the initial activity shall be borne by the company (details
annexure 1)

Activity: Marketing and sales promotion activity of Vacuum cleaner and car
washer.
Territory: Delhi
Target Mass: Residential societies, schools, hospitals, institutions, industry /
hardware shops, FMGC, hospitals, restaurents/hotels etc.
Tools:
(1)Direct marketing through canopy /sample display/product presentation/ sales
closed activity.
(2) CASP: calling—approach—presentation--sale Door –to-door
(3)Mass mailing.
(4) Institutional visits
Budget
1)Number of canopies: 10 Rs:
2300 each
3) Mass Mailing: 500 mail to special group of industry and users per day:
Cost Rs.15000.00 per month
Total Budget
Rs.2300x10 Rs.23000.00
Staff 20x11500: Rs.230000.00
You may like to decide on the number of canopies to be used and total amount will
accordingly
Contract will be for a minimum period of three months to attain desired results.
