DELTA PAPERS MILLS LTD, is a 250 TPD capacity Writing and Printing
manufacturing industry joined since 11 th June, 2015 to till Date as General Manager
(Sales & Marketing). Carried out in Developing New products like Color Maplitho,
Azurelaid Yellow Maplitho, Book binding High Bulk (Natural shade) to improve the
realization of the company and also enhance the Channel Network to improve overall
Business of the company.

JOB PROFILE:

Heading - Sales & Marketing (Writing & Printing Paper, Duplex Board &
Newsprint)

Productively managing business volume of 14,000 TPM (Tons per Month) with
product range of Coated Duplex Board, Newsprint, Writing & Printing Paper &
Specialty Board with a dealer network of almost 80 spread across the country
in addition to Corporate Clients.

Joined the organization at the time of trial production of News Print Paper
Unit as Manager (Sales & Marketing), I had to set-up the sales network and
develop product mix from the initial stage for our 100 TPD (Tons per Day)
Newsprint unit and 200 TPD (Tons per Day) Writing & Printing unit.

Played a key role in the establishment of Specialty Board Unit (UNIT 5). A 250
TPD 4 wired board machine with a product mix of SBS, CUP STOCK, FBB & Duplex
Board. I have involved right from the proposal to commercial production.

Carried out a survey to estimate the market avenues and potentiality so that
strategies and plans could be developed to sell our products effectively and
increase the market share under steep competition within a short period.

Appointment of Distributors, fixing the monthly off take based on the


territory and credential of the Dealers.

Developed the sales network for Writing and printing Paper unit (New unit of
200 TPD) Commenced in the year 2004.

Customer Service

Taking orders from the Distributors / Dealers, timely execution and


dispatches, realizing the payments within the stipulated period.
Monitoring the complaints received from the customers, getting the same
attended as well as eliminated by the Q.C. Department in their next supplies.
We not only restricted but also satisfied the customers hardly paying
compensation in my tenure.

Closely monitoring the competitors’ products, pricing and advantages for its
timely implementation and also developing new products as per customers/market
requirements.

Sales Co-Ordination

Coordinating with technical crew to improve the quality as per the requirement
of the customers and minimize the costing to the best of the organization and
keeping the quality intact by updating with current cost of raw materials and
reduce the extra chemicals consumption where there is no impact of Chemicals
after certain limitation.

Customer service for all zones for deliveries and customer complaint,
Core team member for implementation of all product launches

Providing our 120 TPD MILLTEX cutter to run at its fullest capacity by giving
one size at least 12 Tons each and utilizing the cutter at its best.

Exports

Looking after export market to countries like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and other
south-east Asian Countries.

Monitoring Goods & Service tax works including all the export formalities of
all units of the company.

Achievements

✓ Successfully launched new products and spread over the same with increased
network. Interacted with Technical Team to increase production and achieved
a remarkable growth in volume.

✓ Got the product approved in renowned printing houses through new Channel
Partners.

✓ Played a major role in setting up of our Writing & Printing Unit, SBS UNIT
right from the erection stage we have appointed Dealers in such a way that
during the slack period of Writing and Printing, we are having plenty of
orders with optimum realization.

✓ I have built business with some prestigious publishers like Rajasthan


Patrika, Eenadu, Hitavada, Dainik Bhaskar Group, Indian Express, Dainik
Jagran, Sakal and Directory Paper etc., to take material from us for our
Newsprint Unit with timely realization

✓ Having Experience and Knowledge of marketing avenues in addition to


Newsprint and Cultural varieties, I have boosted Sales and NSR of Duplex
board by interacting directly with end users which helped us a lot in
developing new markets for our Specialty Board Unit.
