palveald - I would agree with your analysis if I thought the powers who run this country had any interest in the survival and welfare of the North American people, but there is no evidence of that. They are abusing our soldiers and destroying us economically in the process. I would suggest their actions are aimed at their prosperity and survival rather than ours. I'd even go so far as to say that they view these things - our prosperity and surival and theirs - as nearly incompatible. We have sacrificed liberty, safety and prosperty for people who intend to permanently shatter our form of government, our constitution, our peace, our freedom - and for what? It's true they are fighting for something - or I should say, they are endlessly asking us to fight for something - but I have to assert it is not for us.

Today the world is being split in 3 powers; US, China and the EU. There is not such American fall, but others are rising. Europe is like a Corporation, adding new partnership every year. The economic power of the EU is bigger than the US. In the other hand is China, rising as a economic and political superpower. Asia is becoming more and more dependent of China. This country is expanding its influence worldwide, after the year 2000, China began to penetrate the sphere of influence of the US, Latin America. This region can challenge politically and economically the US , because they have a better partner, China. To keep the influence the US must push a process of integration otherwise will become an isolated power. The formula is Nafta and later on the NorthAmerican Union.

Honey, the congress has voted on and approved the NAU. Texas is already awash in lawsuits over their use of eminent domain to seize property for their superhighway. Too many Americans assume that if they haven't read about something it isn't real. Who really runs this country? That's the real question that must be pondered, investigated and answered before one can have a firm grasp of the political landscape. FOX, CNN and MSNBC have all covered the story. CNN has covered it many times... Check it out on You Tube.
