ATT :the worktable of CNC TX32 series machines can be lengthened （ higher column),suitable for processing
longer and higher work piece

 Machine features:
1) this series machines have adopted machine bed used on machining center with wide guide rail and the guide rails
have good wear-resistant capacity .main casting parts are made of resin sand that dealt with electric furnace
smelting ,which bestows the machine with a high rigidity. The adoption of ball screws with bearing at both end has
ensured the machine a stable accuracy.
2) With special design of modularization ,the users can choose following functions based on the same machine base:
*manual tool change type/pneumatic cylinder for tool unclamp
*servo motor/stepping motor
*3 axes linkage/4 axes linkage
*worktable shield guard/ full enclosed guard
*speed changed by gear/speed changed by variable frequency
3.) the control setting can add extra electrical indexing head or NC indexing head ,electric rotary table or NC rotary
table and A.T.C system.
*optional full enclosure splash guard of machine not only makes the machine attractive but also prevent the coolant
from leakage.
*automatic tool change is suitable for several continuous complicated processing on the base of one-time tool change
*the gearbox has adopted stepping belts to obtain a high speed and can applied to the processing of drilling ,tapping
,milling ,boring ,etc.
*after adding frequency changer and the adoption of gearbox with gear ratio 1:4/1:8, the machines have the function
of stepless speed and automatic speed change to gain large torque with low speed, suitable for processing tapping
screw thread and milling and cutting larger-diameter hole with low speed.
4.) the machines are suitable for drilling ,hole-expansion ,reaming ,bevel edge ,and tapping, for surface milling, step
plane ,slope ,and milling groove , for cutting and milling curve ,curve surface and cam ,and for the management of
several sets of machines
5.) Model TX32B : frequency-changing boring &milling machine ,with the features of automatic speed change and max
spindle speed(3000rpm/6000rpm),suitable for drilling ,tapping ,boring and milling with high speed.
Model TX32ZB : frequency-changing boring &milling machine with speed change by gearbox , which have the
function of stepless speed and automatic speed change ,suitable for tapping and drilling with large torque.
Model TX32A : the worktable is extended. X axis travel is increased and the column is made higher, suitable for
longer and higher work piece.
