Due to high and mountainious terrain close to the airport and along the departure flight path and the required unusual high climb
gradient it is absolutely necessary that pilots observe the minimum climb gradient prescribed for each departure procedure.

gradient it is absolutely necessary that pilots observe the minimum climb gradient prescribed for each departure procedure.
