  Workshops dint get the response they expected .


  Lack of knowledge about the events and technical issues . Tarang ( ex tec head
) was handling issues inspite of the technical head present.
  Faulty selection of group members.

OPPURTUNITIES :

  Bank on the laser show.


  Look for better workshops and maintain the USP of drishti of not repeating any of
the workshops.

THREATS :

  Terror attacks / natural calamity


( umang¶s pro-nite was a flop because of the swine flu that happened. )
