Assessment
1Es Professional Services team employs a project implementation methodology which ensures that the installation preserves existing functionality while leveraging the latest features of the new product release. The team will first conduct a health check of your existing IT environment and power & patch management capabilities, ensuring that client agents are properly configured and functioning normally.

Upgrade Deployment
Once the preparation phase is complete, you are now ready for roll-out. Through this final phase, we maintain a hands-on approach, guiding, assisting and recommending as required to ensure a deployment that is as smooth as possible. During the handover back to your project team, our team of consultants will complete a knowledge transfer. At this stage, training can be provided as required. Finally, our team of consultants will conduct a project review to ensure that the upgrade project has met the technical and business requirements that were identified in the assessment phase.

Preparation
