STEP 1: DOWNLOAD
AND INSTALL
SOFTWARE

Navigate to www.evernote.com

• Download the software by clicking
“Download Now” button

• Just follow the installation instructions

STEP 2: CREATE AN
ACCOUNT

• Click “Create account” located on the
upper-right of the screen

STEP 3: CREATING &
MANAGING
NOTEBOOKS

• Notebook is a container where to store
your notes

• You can create as many notebooks as you
need it

• Before to create a notebook, open your
Evernote first

There are two (2) ways to create a
notebook

• First, go to “File” and click “New
Notebook”

Create a name for your notebook

Choose “Synchronized notebook” to
keep your files up-to-date

right-click and select “Create

You can change name of your notebook
and its settings

To do that, right-click on it and select

MAKING NOTES

ideas, documents, pictures, etc

There are multiple ways to create a
note

One way is to click the button “New
Note”

created to access your notebook

“Create tag”

AND FILTER

automatically displayed/highlighted

F3 or Ctrl+F3

click on that tag
