Hi
 I am karthik reddy
 I finished my schooling from sv high school tirumala with 73% in
2001`
 I completed my intermediate in Can junior college with an overall
percentage of 83% in mpc In 2003
 I completed my engineering from Intel college of engineering
and technology
With an aggregate of 84% in computer science and engineering
2007
 presently working with Infosys since nov 2007 to till date
 I belongs to a family of 4 members, my father working as a
railway
 My mother home maker, my brother studying intermediate
 My hobbies are playing cricket, reading weekly magazines.
 I love to watch music channels in all languages, am interested to
learn all the south Indian languages.

2).Why did u leave this present job?

 I am looking for permanent position, because here my contract

period is about to finish.
 So am looking for better position.
 That’s not an issue whether u r offering me job with contract
base or permanent position.

3)what experience do u have in this field?

 I have 1.6 years of relevant experience in software field,I

involved as a team member in three projects, I am familier
with modules what I mentioned in project profile.

4)what do co workers say abt u ?

 They have very good opinion on me as a colleague, particularly

they said “I have a lots of patience to handle difficult situations”.

6)what hav u done to improve u r knowledge in the last one year?

 Initially I joined as a trainee in jeevan softech,later they taken

me as a junior software engineer by seeing my skills and
attitude towords learning new things.i worked hard to
 improve my knowledge on concepts which are required to
develop my projects.

7)are you applying for other jobs?

 Yes ofcourse,my contract period vth present company is

about to expire.

8)what kind of salary do u need?

 Here am getting 1.8lakhs/pa,salary is not a constraint for me if I

got a good chance to work vth MNC.
 Am expecting as per industry standards.

9)how long would u work for us?

 I would like to be a long time or as long as we both feel am doing

good job.

10) what is u r philosophy towards work?

 I follow this quote “Talk less do more” when am in work.

11)if u have enough money to retire now would u ?

 If am having work satisfaction, even though I have enough

money I wont retire.b’coz I am njoying my work.

12).explain how would be an asset to this organization?

 I like to be more interactive vth people who involved in my

project,this helps me a lot to while we have a discussion vth
clients. it helps the organization to improve clients attention
towards company products.

 I said before I like to be key role in my present project, I should

 Neglegency,I suggest every one in the team to finish their

tasks before schedule time,so that we can get time to discuss
abt our tasks,
 it helps to all having knowledge on whole project.

 My ability to work under pressure, my attitude towords working

project, problem solving skills
 My positive attitude.

 As a key player in project I have responsibilities about

scheduled tasks of employers,I vl handle these type of
situations by helping employers to finishe their task at the
same time I vll give suggestion to reach schedule time.
