How to change the contact that is tied to a specific address to only be tied to
the customer level?

Solution
A1: There is not a way using the standard functionality. Using the standard way
could be inactivate
the contact tie to the Site and create a new one tie to the customer level.
There is a way using a TCA-API, but this is not a standard way because that is t
ouching the
datamodel. That API must deleting the reference for the site value in HZ_CUST_AC
COUNT_ROLES and HZ_ORG_CONTACTS. The problem for this is: If there is a contact
point tie to the contact, that
information will not be moved. In that cases need to review an API that updates
HZ_CONTACT_POINTS and HZ_CUST_CONTACT_POINTS.
Review the TCA-API Manual to know how to do that and to review what is the speci
fic API to use.
