Flexible staffing:
Accenture flexible team-based approach to solving specific human capital management
challenges balances stable account management with access to expert knowledge, on demand,
according to project needs. This approach accelerates delivery and fosters high performance of
all our solutions without incurring unforeseen deployment costs.
Internal communities
Its internal communities help people feel connected throughout Accenture no matter where they
are or with whom they work. Communities are typically comprised of 100 to 150 employees
spanning all levels and provide a forum to create strong ties with colleagues through professional
and social activities.
Networks
Most Accenture offices also have rich networks outside of work that encourage personal
interests, meeting fellow Accenture people and having fun socially. Gatherings are designed to
foster collaboration and teamwork, offering a means to get to know colleagues better, including
those you may not work with on a regular basis.
Mentoring
Whether attending a baseball or skiing outing or hearing a guest speaker update everyone on the
latest developments in a new technology, our internal communities provide strong support to
people. In addition, they offer an excellent environment in which to cultivate mentoring
relationships to help guide your career.
Accenture colleagues come from a wide range of cultural, educational and geographic
backgrounds, creating a dynamic and diverse professional work environment.
Training is conducted in a variety of ways at Accenture, from classrooms to the web, in country
and globally.
It has $900 million investment in training resulted in more than 60 training hours per person, for
a total of over 12 million hours of training delivered plus completion of more than 95,000
industry-related courses.
All new graduates attend New Joiner Orientation when they first arrive, which gives them the
essential knowledge they need to launch their Accenture career. This program serves as an
introduction to our global network even though it is conducted close to our people’s home
locations.
Many Accenture employees benefit from attending courses at one of our local or overseas
training centres. At these locations, Accenture people gather to learn from each other, to
collaborate, and to build professional relationships that will last a career. Other classroom-based
courses are also held at local locations around the world.
Finally, Accenture encourage people to become involved with and to make a difference through
a variety of community and environmental programs.
