All students are required to observe the following schedule of submission


for their Summer Project.
DATE OF SUMMER PROJECT COMMENCEMENT : 2nd May 2011
STATEMENT OF PROPOSAL : Submission date: 14/05/11 ( Marks: 10)
Research Area/Topic , A brief Introduction about the company and department ,
Drawbacks of existing system, Need for the study. Review of literature.

FIRST DRAFT : Submission date: 28/05/11 ( Marks: 10)


A summary of Project objectives and development plan. Research Methodology.

SECOND DRAFT Submission date: 11/06/11 (Marks:20)

A summary of Previous work, , Collection of data and Analysis of the data.


THIRD & FINAL DRAFT Submission date:25/06/11 (Marks:20)
A summary of Previous work, , Findings and interpretations , Conclusion
,Recommendations and a scope for future enhancement.
PROJECT REPORT SUBMISSION (Hard Copy) date: 01/07/11 and
02/07/11 (Marks: 10)
Project Presentation & Viva Voce (Marks:30)
Project Presentation & Viva Voce on 11/07/11 to 15/07/11 (Presentation schedule and
project report format will be displayed after second draft presentation on the notice
board)
Number of project report copies to be submitted:
1. First Copy ( Hard Bound) - For Library
2. Second Copy( Spiral Bound) - For Guide’s Reference
3. Third copy( Spiral bound) - For Individual Purpose
4. Fourth Copy (Spiral Bound) - For Company Guide
All students are required to meet and consult their guides personally on the
dates given above. Above mentioned drafts should be submitted to
respective guides in softcopy format .
