All the Long Beach CPP comrades are Khmer-American. They are naturalized U.S. citizens. When they
applied for the U.S. Citizenship, they swore before the U.S. District Judge and in front of the U.S. flag
that they would be a good citizen and never to join in a Communist Party. Well, that’s a lie. They are a
full pledged CPP Party member, and serve the Communist CPP Party. It’s illegal and immoral. These
prostitute traitors are willing to sell their bodies and souls for a short-term benefits and privileges
from the CPP Party.
The LB CPP comrades are strategically placed in Khmer Community in Long Beach City as head of
community leaders, business leaders, and religious leaders. Their primarily duty is to gather intelligent
information (covertly or overtly) and forward it to their CPP Head Leader Phay Siphan – who’s also
Khmer-American.

In return for their dedication and great service to Sok An, Sok An is expected to open a “Cambodian
Consulate” in Long Beach, California soon and have all the LB CPP comrades managed it – like in
Lowell, Massachusetts. Therefore, it shouldn’t be a shock to everyone, when the LB CPP comrades
wanted to bring their big boss Sok An to Long Beach City and parade him around town in 2008.

Like other overseas Khmer dogs in Srok Khmer, the LB CPP comrades continue to defraud the Social
Security Agency and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Every year they don’t pay their child support
or alimony to their ex-wives, and don’t report all their personal assets and properties that they have in
Srok Khmer to the IRS – while a few collects Social Security money and continues to work in Srok
Khmer like comrade Chhang Song.

Why should we care or be concerned as Khmer-American? You might ask? Well, if these crooked LB
CPP comrades get caught by the US Federal authority, we will all get blamed. The US Federal
authority will investigate every one of us for possible fraud. The worst part, the American people will
hate us too. Remember, the time when some idiot Khmers (I’m not sure if they are Khmer or not) ate
their neighbor dogs in Long Beach, California. Everyone in America blamed us and hated us even
though majority to us has nothing to do with it!
