Terms & Conditions

 APL reserves the rights to award differential monthly bonus points

 Dealers qualifying for the trip should not have any overdue outstanding at the time of travel.
 All International trip qualifying participants need to hold an Indian passport with a minimum of 8 months
validity at the end of the scheme to facilitate travel
 In the event of a Dealer eligible for international trip, the onus of producing a valid passport in time and
satisfying any other requirements/additional documents rests with the dealership. Request for extension;
travel on an alternate date will not be possible.
 Grant or rejection of visa is entirely at the discretion of the concerned consulate/embassy authorities in
spite of producing all necessary documents. APL or its designated travel agent will not be liable and will not
be responsible in the event of such occurrences.
 In the event of a Dealer being eligible for a trip, only proprietor/partner who is involved in the business
and/or their immediate family members will be allowed to travel with the group. No compensation /refund
for Non -Travel will be paid in lieu of Trip.
 Sale/exchange/transfer of tickets is not permitted. Tickets can also not be carried forward
 AP will make all attempts to maintain the destinations as communicated in the promotion circular. In the
event of any unforeseen circumstances which may arise in the future, APL reserves the right to alter the
destinations as required as the case may be. For conducting the trip peacefully & successfully.
 In the event of any unforeseen circumstances which may arise in the future, APL reserves the right to
change the APMC trip destination.
