Performance Review
 Model N has a Pay for Performance philosophy; we pay competitively with
the market and reward excellence in achievement.
 Performance will be reviewed twice per year – once formally, once informally
 Salary will be reviewed once per year (October)
 Online system used for annual review
 Two parts to review: Performance Review and 360-degree peer review
