Comb/plastic Hair/wool glass

Analysis
1.

What kind of charge do the comb and hair have before they are rubbed against each other? Both of them no charge

What kind of charge do the comb and hair have after they are rubbed against each other? Comb/plastic has negative charge and Hair/wool has positive charge

3. When the comb is brought closer to the tissue, why attracted by comb? Because plastic and wool have different kind of charge 4. After the tissue has stuck to the comb for a few seconds, why does it fall? Because plastic and wool lose electric charge (lose to environment)

Conclusion

The center of Atom is nucleus Teory of Atom : Electron -> negative charge Proton -> positive charge Neutron has no electric charge

Positive charge if the closer to the positive charge will repulsion each other with each other, as well the plastics that will repulsion the negative charge with a negative charged plastic. However, if the object is positive charged closer to the negative charged objects will attract each other with each other.
