The Individualized Resource Book (IRB) was designed as a guide to provide administrators andteachers with professional development resources aligned with the current Memphis City SchoolsTennessee State Framework for Evaluation and Professional Growth. The IRB is organized according to thesix domains of the Framework for Evaluation and Professional Growth. Each domain contains online,mediasite presentations, and book resources.
