of the Pardons and Paroles Board, I am writing to you for consideration on approving my parole. I will be eligible for parole October 8, 2010. I know what I did was wrong and have every intention of never breaking the law again. I take full responsibility for my charge of fraudulent use and/or possession of identifying information. I have mentally put myself in my victims shoes, and I understand what damage as been done, I would never want that to happen to me. My goals upon my released are to continue my employment with my grandfathers house remodeling company (Ramirez Construction), and I would also like to continue my education and work towards an associates degree in business. I will be living with my girlfriend, Amanda Nichol, who will support both of us financially until I am able to start contributing to our household. Amanda will also continue to give the emotional support needed to become a better person, the man she says she has always known is there, so I will become an active member of society. In conclusion I am certain with all that I have learned from my incarceration, and with the support of my family and friends I will be able to make a positive transition back into the free world, never to return to prison. Thank you so much for your time and consideration on the review of my parole. Sincerely,
