October 11, 2011 Wm. T. (Bill) Robinson III ABA President American Bar Association 321 North Clark Street Chicago, IL 60654-7598 Email: service@americanbar.org By email RE: Request for review of integrity of the electronic record systems of the US courts by the US Attorney General Timely response requested within 30 days! Dear Mr Robinson III: Attached and linked below [1] is a request, which was filed with the US Attorney General on July 6, 2011, for review of the integrity of the electronic record systems of the US courts. No response has been received on this request to this date. I write, as part of the UPR (Universal Periodic Review) process of the Human Rights Council (HRC) of the United Nations. The UPR protocol requires that stakeholders, who plan on submitting UPR reports, attempt to enter a dialogue with national authorities regarding alleged violations of Human Rights, in hope that such authorities initiate corrective actions. I request that your office undertake review of the attached record, opine on this matter, and if appropriate initiate corrective actions. Of note, submission, which I filed as part of the 2010 UPR of Human Rights in the United States, was reviewed by the HRC professional staff and later incorporated into the official staff report with a note referring to "corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California". Since I filed the request with the US Attorney General, I have also published and presented my studies
