Ridgefields Chesterfield Mall Store

On December 3rd we are opening a holiday location at the Mall across from Cheesecake Factory offering special sales to our current customers as well as hoping to attract new customers. We are looking for anyone that would be interested in helping in the store, being a host, etc. We are going to have 2 open houses Dec. 3rd & 10th from 1-4. Store hours are Wednesdays & Fridays 12-7, Saturday & Sundays 10 7. Please come by and say hello or get a 4 x 6 picture in our authentic sleigh for $15.00.

MAKE UPS If you are going to miss a lesson, PLEASE call and let us know ASAP. It helps us in managing the lesson horses as well as allowing us to know if there are spots for those of you who ask for makeup lessons.

December 18th Christmas Party

Join us in the lounge on Sunday December 18th from 11am to 2pm for our annual holiday bash! As usual we will have fun, fellowship, food and of course our Silent Auction. This year the proceeds will again go to Circle of Concern. Let us know if you would like to donate items or put together a basket. Donations can be dropped off in the office or to any of our employees. Be sure to come and join the festivities as we watch the bidding unfold! It is great fun. Let Annie or Flo Anne know if you plan on attending.

Holiday Tidbits

Did you know?

Extra Holiday lesson times will be available for customers. Sign up will be in boarder tack room for groups - $35 per student. Talk to your trainer to schedule. This lesson must be paid for prior to the lesson and cannot be used as a make-up lesson.

Leases- a great Holiday Idea!

If anyone is interested in leasing a horse, talk to your instructor to see if there is an appropriate horse available. By starting leasing now it will help in getting everything in line for the spring show schedule.

Send FloAnne any memorable pictures that you have from this year at Ridgefield. We will try to incorporate them into our main event at the party. Please make sure they are clear and not blurry.

Fabulous Silent Auction!

What a great event! Donate a basket or item that you have and watch the fun begin. Bidding wars are sure to happen and oh what a sight. But you dont just have to watch, join in and bid on something you might like. It is a wonderful event benefiting the Circle of Concern! Please drop off your items to Annie before the day of the party so we can be ready to go at 11am.

Need Christmas gift ideas for your rider?

Ask Annie or Stephanie for the Ridgefield Christmas list. The trainers have put together a tack and supply list that works best for the Ridgefield program. Coat Orders due by Dec 2nd. 2

Holiday Party Raffle

Raffle tickets are ON SALE NOW for $5 each. See Annie, Stephanie or Flo Anne. The proceeds will go towards the purchase of a new jump for our Riding Academy! The winner of the Raffle will be drawn at the Christmas party and will receive a certificate for a FREE month's lesson package (valued at $140).

Year End Banquets

Our Showgirls have been acquiring points this year in both the MHSA and the MOHJO Associations. Stay tuned for the dates of both Banquets. The MOHJO banquet is the first part of January and the MHSA is February 28th, 2012 in Columbia.

BOARDER INFO
REMINDER: You MUST have waivers signed if anyone else is to ride your horse. Thank you. Be sure to bring your horses sheets and blankets out to the barn so you have easy access to them. There are hooks provided for your use in the lost and found area by the lesson tack room.

Please make boarding and leasing checks payable to: Ridgefield Arena. Year end statements will be coming out soon. Please bring your accounts up to date prior to the end of the year. We need to close out our books for the year. Thank you!
