Notes:

1. The above unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008, were reviewed
by the Audit Committee and were adopted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held
on October 21, 2008.
2. The unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 of the Company on
standalone basis, have been subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors of the
company.
3. Previous period figures have been regrouped and reclassified wherever necessary.
4. The name of the Company had changed from “Geodesic Information Systems Limited” to
“Geodesic Limited” w.e.f. September 19, 2008, with due approval of shareholders and
Central Government.
5. The Company has closed licensing deal with Medion AG, leading European consumer
electronics manufacturer to provide award- winning Mundu IM service on new mobile
communications device.
6. The Company joined ‘Blackberry ISV Alliance Program’ to bring its innovative mobile
services to Blackberry users.
7. Geodesic has signed six new Enterprise customers across USA, Europe and Asia during
the quarter ended September 30, 2008. These include Handset Manufacturers, Telecom
Providers, BFSI and Value Added Service Providers.
8. Geodesic signed deals with World’s leading digital and offline media agencies to handle
the global marketing activities for the launch of their new product.
9. Geodesic has added around 400, 000 new retail users during the second quarter.
10. Geodesic has added around 60 new contributors to Mumbai and Bangalore office during
the quarter under review.
11. During the quarter, Chandamama India Limited one of the subsidiaries of the company
conducted “Children's Day Out” a mega event in Chennai, Coimbatore and Hyderabad.
This event saw over 4000 children in each city participating in activities such as Painting,
Clay Modeling, Story Telling, English Debate and single-wicket cricket. The participation
was overwhelming and Chandamama India Ltd further plans to roll this event out across
India.
12. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 7, 2008 had allotted 8,400 equity
shares to employees under the Geodesic ESOP Plan.
13. As per the revised guidelines from SEBI dated July 10, 2007, the Company is submitting
both the consolidated and stand alone results, but will be publishing only consolidated
results. The consolidated results along with stand alone results will be displayed on the
company’s website.
14. The above results are standalone and consolidated figures with all subsidiaries of
Geodesic are presented separately.
15. The name of the company was changed in order to integrate various activities done by
the company and it's subsidiaries. No new activity has been started by the company and
hence the revenues are not segregated as required under the listing agreement
16. There are no reportable segments in the period as per AS-17
17. The status of investor grievances for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 Pending-

September 30, 2008- Nil.
