 2000 surveys sent to random sample of full- and part-
time faculty and staff
 130 surveys were undeliverable
 865 completed a survey
 46.2% final response rate

 5000 survey sent to random sample of full- and part-


time undergraduate and graduate/professional
students
 13 surveys were undeliverable
 1645 completed a survey
