MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CHERRY CREEK VISTA SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Held: October 5, 2011 at 7:00 p.m., at 6535 S. Dayton St., Greenwood Village, CO.

Attendance

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Cherry Creek Vista South Homeowners Association was held. The following Directors were in attendance: Pam Lukes Jacqueline Murphy Cliff Corkill Michael Woodworth Tyler MacPherson Jacquie Taylor

Call to Order

Director Lukes noted that a quorum of the Board was present and called the meeting to order; the agenda was approved. None. Following discussion and upon motion, second and unanimous approval, the Board approved the minutes of the July 20, 2011 board meeting. Ms. Taylor referred to the written report she had prepared as a follow up to the ACCORD and Airport Noise meetings, which was incorporated into the record. The Community Outreach Group is requesting HOAs provide email addresses. Mr. Corkill reviewed covenant enforcement status. Ms. Watts indicated she would head the Yard of the Month program and hand deliver welcome packages. The Board deferred any additional entrance work (Orchard/Lima) until the dues total is ascertained. It was discussed that the Pancake breakfast attendance was goodperhaps not to be scheduled on a Saturday swim meet day

in the future. The Holiday Board potluck is at the Lukes home December 14. Treasurers Report

Ms. Lukes would request current financial reports from Director Adams. Policy discussion deferred until Mr. Adams is in attendance. January 11, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. location TBD. There being no further business to come before the Board, and upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned.
