Every Company keeps an Aptitude Test for the Final Placement. Its a major Filtration process. Once you clear your aptitude test then what really matters is your Confidence and Communication.

School Level(At Least at District Level or More), Graduate Level, Post Graduate Level. Ignore Achievements at Society Level or in Some Family Function

Dont write 3 Times Winner in Lemon and Spoon Game during Diwali Festival in Society

Extra Curricular Activities - Praxis, SPARC, SPICE etc. Academics in Tabular Format Strengths Personal Info Languages Known, Hobbies, Contact, DOB etc. Work Experience Technical Skills and Projects Undertaken (Less Description So that you can describe it )
