Apps, games, widgets, books. Take your pick. For a quick overview, see At a glance: Apps.
Apps are great. Theres something for everyone. Play, communicate, work, or just for fun. But remember, choose your apps carefully. Here's a few tips to help: To help prevent spyware, phishing or viruses affecting your tablet or privacy, use apps from trusted sites, like Market. In Android Market, check the apps ratings and comments before installing. This will help you choose the best ones for you. If you doubt the safety of an app, don't install it. Like all apps, downloaded apps will use up memory, data, battery, and processing powersome more than others. For example, a simple settings widget will use less than a streaming music player app. After installing an app, if you're not happy with how much memory, data, battery or processing power it's using, uninstall it. You can always install it again later.

YOUR MOBILE DEVICE MEETS FCC & IC LIMITS FOR EXPOSURE TO RADIO WAVES.
Your mobile device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves (radio frequency electromagnetic fields) adopted by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Industry Canada (IC). These limits include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health. The radio wave exposure guidelines use a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit for mobile devices is 1.6 W/kg. Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions with the device transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands. The highest SAR value under the FCC and IC guidelines for your device model is listed below: Body SAR CDMA 1900, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 1.45 W/kg
Wi-Fi Operation
If this product supports Wi-Fi 802.11a (see product specifications), the following applies: Operation is restricted to indoor use only. This regulatory restriction is to avoid interference with other signals. To be compliant, do not operate this device in Wi-Fi mode when outdoors.

Your mobile device contains a transmitter and receiver. When it is ON, it receives and transmits RF energy. When you communicate with your mobile device, the system handling your network access controls the power level at which your mobile device transmits. Your mobile device is designed to comply with local regulatory requirements in your country concerning exposure of human beings to RF energy.
During use, the actual SAR values for your device are usually well below the values stated. This is because, for purposes of system efficiency and to minimize interference on the network, the operating power of your mobile device is automatically decreased when full power is not needed for the wireless connection. The lower the power output of the device, the lower its SAR value.
