Engraved Pavers Order Form

$250 for a 4 X 8 Engraved Brick Paver in Side Walkway $1000 for a 4 x 8 Distinct Custom, Granite Paver Set in Front Walkway
Your inscription will be placed on a 4X8 brick. Space permits 3 lines possible for each brick paver with 16 characters per line (including punctuation and spaces) maximum. Letters, numerals, and common punctuation marks only please. All engraved letters will be uppercase. Order accuracy depends on you. Please PRINT clearly and place only one character or punctuation mark in each box. Leave boxes empty to indicate spaces between words. Your inscription will be automatically centered on the brick paver.

$50 for a 2 X 4 X 1 Red Brick Mini-Paver

You may also purchase a Mini-paver, which is suitable for your desk or shelf at home or office. It will have the word Rebirth and the Howard Theatre Restoration logo similar to the top of this page along with one line of 15 characters including punctuation and spaces.
