Trucker Randy Bishop Sent: Tuesday, March 20, 2012 11:23 AM To: Office of Senator Walker; Office of Senator Casperson; Office of Senator Colbeck; Office of Senator Robertson; Office of Senator Kowall; Office of Senator Brandenburg; Proos Cc: Senator Jason Allen; Senator Mike Bishop Subject: Heads up on a message sent to Sen. Jack Brandenburg regarding Randy Richardville I feel obligated to share a message that was sent to me that reflects the position of many Conservative Republican folks in the Monroe County area. They have stated that they have major contacts with the media outside of the district and that they are preparing to send out a press release about this story. If I was in the Senate, I would appreciate this heads up so me and my fellow Republican Senators could be prepared for when this story breaks, especially in our home districts. Additonally, one such Monroe Conservative Republican woman, who knows Sarah Richardville and respects her, is preparing a personal letter she intends to mail to the wives of all 25 Republican Senators, unless RR steps down as Senate Majority Leader,...immediately!!! I have asked them to not "go public" with this story for at least a week, to allow the Republican Senators to confront RR in caucus and see if you can convince him to step down as SML. I know the anger and hatred many of these folks in Monroe have toward RR, and that they will not let this story die unless he steps down immediately, especially after the story that broke yesterday: http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/Michigan-gets-F-for- corruption-risk/-/1719418/9504468/-/twms34/-/index.html Please reply me back to acknowledge your receipt of this e-mail and your thoughts. Respectfully submitted, Randy Bishop Phone: _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________ Senator Brandenburg, After careful thought in regard to our phone conversation Monday, March,19, 2012 regarding Mr. Richardville and his divorce, I feel compelled to follow up on that conversation. While I understand you and some other's concerned for the feelings of Mrs. Sarah Richardville I believe that some of the responsibility falls on her because she has chosen to ignore her husband's infidelity for a number of years. According to my sources (more than one) and this comes right from his son Adam, this wasn't the first time and being caught in their "marital bed" was the straw that finally

broke the camels back! Our politicians and or elected officials are expected and should be held accountable to upholding their moral code of ethics more seriously than average working class citizens. One of the planks of the Republican Party platform is "the sanctity of marriage" that remains the backbone of the Republican platform. Family values and the traditional marriage between one man and one woman is also part of this platform. What some seem to miss is the most important fact that Senator Richardville initiated and violated his marriage vows and his oath of office in perpetrating this immoral behavior. Mr. Richardville lost all integrity and respect not only of his wife and children but the very citizens who elected him to serve as their representative. He also should have lost that same respect and integrity of his Senate colleagues as well! Finally, Senator Richardville needs to do the right thing and step down as Senate Majority leader for his failed leadership in the best interest of his colleagues and the Republican Party! Senator Richardville has personal relationship issues that are surely impeding his leadership ability and clouding his judgment. It's not just his indiscretions within his marriage but his "Union" sympathizing favoring these institutions for personal and political gain as well. Mr. Richardville's alleged ties to former Union Boss Walter Ralph Mabry who headed the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters that plead guilty in federal court to accepting kickbacks from a casino consultant and a Chicago businessman who donated $10,000 to ex-Mayor Kwame Kilpatricks nonprofit foundation. It is also alleged that at the request of the Carpenters Union in which Mr. Mabry headed, that Mr. Richardville invited lawmakers with positions of influence on key committees to meet with Mr.Mabry in casual settings in Detroit. This has been confirmed! An example of this pay to play and his cozy relationship with the unions is RANDY RICHARDVILLE FOR SENATE DIRECT CONTRIBUTION FROM THE MICHIGAN COUNCIL OF CARPENTERS 12/08/05 $5,000.00 that give credence to these allegations. For the sake of all the conservative, moral, and ethical Republicans in both the House and Senate I hope that you and your colleagues will do the right thing as to protect the integrity of our Republican Party here in Michigan, and demand that Randy Richardville step down as Senate Majority Leader, immediately! Sincerely, R Al Bain
