LAMPIRAN 6g : CONTOH PERJANJIAN BILATERAL (LETTER OF INTENT) LETTER OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON A SISTER PROVINCE STATE COOPERATION

N RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CENTRAL JAVA, REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE STATE GOVERNMENT OF QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA The Provincial Government of Central Java, Republic of Indonesia, and the State Government of Queensland, Australia, hereinafter referred to as the Parties; DESIRING to promote better goodwill and understanding, and favourable cooperation between the peoples of Province Central Java, Republic of Indonesia and the State of Queensland, Australia; RECOGNIZING the importance of the principles of equality and mutual benefits; DO HEREBY DECLARE their intention to establish a Memorandum of Understanding on a Sister Province State Cooperation Relation-ship as a basis for further development, in accordance with their prevailing laws and regulations, in the following fields : 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. The implementation of such cooperation shall be concluded in appropriate measures in due course. Done in Semarang, Central Java on the 10 day of July, 1991, in four original copies, two of each in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
