Crucial decisions ahead for top 10 endangered rivers

Water pipeline proposals, a proposed nuclear plant and natural resource development all pose enough of a threat to the Green River to elevate it to No. 2 on America Rivers list of most endangered waterways. The Hoback River in western Wyoming also made the list because of the threat of natural gas development.
