The ek Z r-Lock grease fitting adapter permanently clamps to the head of any grease fitting including metric sizes.
The adapter simplyfies the installation of remote plumbed tubes to the lube point. No need to worry about matching grease fitting thread sizes or struggling to remove difficult fittings.
1. Position Zerk-Lock over grease fitting.
2. Lock the Zerk-Lock onto the grease fitting using a hammer and a staking tool a 3/8 drift punch or 3/8 i d m. a round bar.
3. Thread a tube fitting with a 1/8 P ma NT l e thread fully into the Zerk-Lock
4. Install tube into tube fitting.

Quicklinc Installation Fittings

Installing lubrication systems can take a lot of time. Compared to screw type fittings, Quicklinc, push-to-connect connectors simplify and speed up the connection of lubrication points to remote mounted grease fittings.
