Water is a well-known, widespread and simple chemical substance that consists of two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen. Although it accompanies us and surrounds us every day, we often forget its precious properties.

Life does not exist without water. To function well, a human organism needs at least two litres of water daily.

There are mineral waters, drinking of which brings benefits to peoples health. Good eamples of the above are: - JAN water - ZUBER water

JAN water:
- has diastolic influence on upper respiratory tract - intensifies the production of gastric juice - lowers the level of cholesterol Drink JAN water if you suffer from: - bronchitis and asthma - gastritis, colitis, constipation - obesity - gout - lack of iodine

Water brings benefits to our bodies not only when we drink it. Water heals and soothes our bodies through: - inhalations - baths - hydromassages

A visit to a day spa

To understand the beneficial properties of water better, we went to a City Day Spa in Sosnowiec, where we were welcomed by its manager Ms Magorzata Szwed. Ms Szwed wanted us to feel the precious power of water on our own skin. Therefore, she offered us a relaxing hydromassage, a stimulating needle-bath and then, a short rest in a neo Qi Energy cocoon, which is a combination of a steam sauna and a massage.

An interview with the manager:

Feeling as new born babies and having much softer skin than ever, we decided to talk with the manager of the spa to find out more about the potential of water. The manager gave us brief lectures on:

SAUNAS

SAUNA is a room with a high temperature and high or low humidity (depending on a type of sauna). A visit to a sauna usually lasts from a few minutes to tens of minutes and ends with a bath in cold water. Sauna has a good effect on blood circulation. There are two major types of sauna: - dry sauna (Finnish sauna) where the temperature ranges from 75C to 110C but the humidity of air is quite low - steam sauna (Roman bath) where the temperature is lower (40C to 50C) but the humidity is almost 100%

Then the manager gave us some important information about the advantages of hydromassage. HYDROMASSAGE: - firms flabby skin - shallows the scars - helps to solve the problem of insomnia - reduces stress and nervous tension - reduces tightness of muscles - reduces pain in arthritis and rhumatism - stimulates metabolism and so, helps to lose weight - reduces menstruous pain - helps to fight cellulite off

We are now aware of the fact that water is a real

TREASURE
and as treasure it should be treated. Thank you for your attention.
