Most articles from the print edition of the Los Angeles Times appear on our website, latimes.com, but not always in the same format or length as in print. Sometimes articles are combined or separated for print or Web. Different versions of a wire service story may be displayed. Photos, headlines, graphics and other related materials may be different, and because of rights issues, certain articles cannot appear at latimes.com. You also can find syndicated versions of Times articles on other websites. When looking for print edition articles on search engines or at latimes.com, it is best to search for key phrases or bylines rather than exact headlines. Headlines for the Web are often different because of different space, context and Web requirements. But if you wish to see the printed version of The Times, there are a variety of options:

greg008 at 8:57 AM June 05, 2012 Like the others have said, this is really terrible. I'm a subscriber to the regular print paper, so I should be able to access the same format online. Right?! Nope. Can't find it anywhere. Pretty sad. hunkerdown at 5:00 PM March 20, 2012 Looking for article on Brian Lamb from the print edition. Nowhere to be found. Then do a search for PRINT EDITION on your search engine, doesn't exist. Did you fire all the web experts??? mr-e-licious at 7:00 AM March 19, 2012 'k, quick follow up; dug around the site for a few minutes, found yesterdays article. but using search, with a couple of unusual keywords (like cobra) and the byline... zilch! seth and amy would "really" have fun with this!
