    The requirements relates to a “Need” is called market.
    METHOD

    The Sequence of interdependent and linked “Systematic” procedures which at


    every stage consume / uses one or more resources (Employee Time, Energy,
    Money, Machines, Material) to convert inputs (material) into outputs (material)
    are called “Method / Process”.

    These outputs then serve as inputs for the next stage until a known goal or end
    result is reached.

    Simply A method is a way of doing something, especially a systematic way


    MATERIAL (PRODUCT)

    The end result of a process offered to satisfy a need or want is called Product or


    Material. It is usually a bundle of attributes ( Benefits, features, functions, uses)
    that a seller offers to a buyer for purchase.
    A Product can be of method (“Know How”), Information (“Books”), Object
    (physical items), Service (Insurance etc)

    Products can be Primarily classified as tangible or intangible. 

     A tangible product is any physical product like a bearing, wood, seed, spares, etc.

    An intangible product is a non-physical product like an insurance policy. Re-charge Coupon.

    At Cibi We categorize A Product into three.


    1.Production : “A Product which changes / Transforms / Converts itself and becomes an integral part of
    another Product after a “Process” with in our industry are categorized as “Production”. Example : Seed
    becomes Oil, Hence seed is a Production item.

    2.Consumables:”A Product which changes it state / Transforms / Converts itself and becomes “Un Usable”
    after a “Process” with in our industry are categorized as “CONSUMABLES”. Example : Diesel, bearing
    etc.

    3.Others :”A Product which belongs to our vendors / contractors and are returnable to them are categorized
    as “OTHERS”.
    A Machine is a Combination of Products which doesn’t Change its state Once
    fabricated and transmits or modifies the energy fed inside to perform / assist in the
    performance of Men / Methods (Process) / Material (Product).

    H or No. of Activities (Pieces / hour), training charges per hour.

    concrete mixing machine for a civil work, pokline rent etc

    Transportation materials, conveyance, travelling labor, engineer, dearness
