*If these trusts were supposedly created in 2004-2007, how do they get away with recording the assignment of mortgage 5-7 years later? I’m not a securities expert – but I would imagine the cutoff dates for these trusts has long passed. Then again, it'd be awful dang hard to sell the same mortgage over & over (re-packaging) and NOT leave a paper trail... unless you just ignore what the PSA says, then you're A-Okay ; ~ )
