Sir, Please find enclosed a copy of a letter with attachments that was sent to Roberta Fitzpatrick a lawyer representing Arabella quite a while ago. T have also included a copy of aletter with all of its enclosures that was sent today to another insurance company's lawyer, David M. Crowley. The copy of wiretap tape numbered 139 is served upon you in confidence as an officer of the court in order that it may be properly investigated, T called you March 1% and attempted to inform you of my concerns with regard to a bill Ido not owe that your company demands payment of on behalf of your client, Arbella. Your assistant, (I believe she said her name was Maureen) tried to run tackle for you and pass me off to someone else. I declined that offer and told her I would send this letter directly to you. On March 2™ T called at 888 865 5882 and had machines put me on hold for far too long so I called your offices in CT at 860 282-9084 talked to someone named Jennifer. I informed her that I had called you and that I wished to dispute the actions of your company on Arbella's behalf in court, She claimed to have no idea who you were and demanded that I put my answer in writing and suggested that I take it to court and argue with Arabella. So I shall but first I must rant a little bit. What came a few days later in the mail was a very interesting document from your company. Lt is claimed to be dated February 28" however it is postmarked March the 2"™ and came from the very office that claimed to know nothing and had invited me to argue in court. The most interesting part of it is that your of fice now signs as Arbella and not D&B RMS. Please explain the change to me real slow. I figured that this should get interesting but you did nothing. I then suspected that you folks do know more about my concerns than you let on and are simply trying to divorce yourselves from Arbella's actions, However it was your firm that had taken up the torch and threatened litigation against me on Arbella’s behalf. It is you T wish to argue with. As you can see I have been very busy with other far more important concerns than your actions. I just let things slide waiting for you to do something and then T would pounce on ya like a ton of bricks, Just recently I made Attorney General Richard Blumenthal aware of my concerns but the US Attorneys in CT and NJ as well as everywhere else have been made well aware of the facts and allegations for over six months. Everyone ignores me while our property is destroyed and our interests are billed for the criminal's actions. Believe me, I have given you just the tip of the iceberg of my complaints and allegations.
