AIR CONSIGNEE: AIR CONSIGNEE OF Right to receive a notice about the arrival of carrier. Carrier must handover hi m Air Consignment Note. Carrier must deliver him the goods. If consignment hasn t re ached in 7 days expiry limit, then consignee can enforce the contract of carriag e against the carrier.
