That I have gone through and fully understood the Amity University Regulations / Directive for Banning Ragging and Anti-Ragging Measures in accordance with the U.P. Govt Order vide its letter no. 746/70 1 2009 dated 26th March 2009, on curbing the menace of Ragging, to be followed by all the students of the various Universities / Institutions. I assure you that my son/daughter will not be involved or indulge in any act of ragging that may come under the definition of ragging I hereby declare that my ward have not been expelled or debarred from admissions in any institution on account of being found guilty of, abetting or being part of a conspiracy to promote, ragging; and further affirm that, in case the declaration is found to be untrue, I am aware that the admission is liable to be cancelled. I have fully understood that if my son/daughter will be found indulging or involved in ragging within or outside the University Campus, he/she may be appropriately punished for which he/she shall be solely responsible. I or my son/daughter shall not hold liable the University or any or its officials or any loss(s), damage(s) and shall not claim any compensation from the University or its office bearers.
