    How long Indian women unroofed this scenario?????

    According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), the incidence of crime against women in India has shot up to a total of 33,789 cases of crime against women were reported from the 53 mega cities I personally urge to the government to take action towards the culprits . What a justice ------ Under Sec.294 and Section.509 of IPC the obscene act must cause annoyance. He would be punished imprisonment up to 2 years or 1000 rs fine or both. When the law against molestation/ crime itself is not justifying .would culprits stop doing it again and again. How would they stop? It doesnt make any sense however people try to act on it, when serious action cannot be taken..how far is women safe and secured in India when the laws itself are not monotonous?
