This project will provide Stakeholders within the SOAR business units a complete suite of reporting tools providing visibility needed to manage assortments and to analyze sales volumes generated through the web-to-store (W2S) channels. These tools, when used in conjunction with robust business processes will enable and support planning, forecasting, online merchandising, purchasing, and tactical deployment of inventory investments to the correct geographic locations. Ad hoc reporting based on 3 standard reports will be built: 1) Merchandise list with dot com attributes; 2) Web to Store sales reporting by Kmart Hierarchy; 3) Web to store sales reporting by Sears Hierarchy.
