The electrical status and fault conditions can be transmitted as data and can be displayed at a remote place using

MCU to MCU data transmission using RF transmission. TX 434 and RX434 modules are used with data encoders HT12E and HT12D. The electrical parameters such as hi voltage, lo voltage and short-circuit status is Checked using, PT and CT along with the comparators as shown in the above block diagram. The comparator output is the data input for the microcontroller which in turn is connected to the data encoder and a RF transmitter to transmit the encoded data. The receiver end has a RF receiver module with a data decoder which sends the data to the microcontroller. The microcontroller is interfaced with a 2 x 16 LCD display to display the fault . The data encoded is the source word for a identified fault. A suitable program in assembly language displays the fault and the status in the LCD display. ATMEL 89c51 is used as our microcontroller and it exists from the family of INTEL 8051. A buzzer sound is activated when ever a fault is displayed in the LCD display.
