ARITA cryogenic ball valves have been developed to satisfy the rapid increasing of world LNG and other low temperature industry demand. All ARITA cryogenic ball valves are designed and tested as per BS6364 and Shell MESC Spe 77/306. ARITA standard cryogenic ball valves are antistatic,fire-safe and low emission designed. ARITA in-house laboratory use the latest computer aid technologies and is capable of certifying valves upto size 24 and temperature range from 46 ~196
Application
The cryogenic ball valve is applicable to different pipeline of Class150 Class1500. By adopting different materials, the cryogenic ball valve is applicable to different working temperature and medium. The minimum temperature for the ball valve is -196 .The operation of the ball valve can be manual operated, gear operated, pneumatic operated and motor operated. The end connection usually is flanged ends. However, the welded ends are also optional.
Product Range
The cryogenic ball valve has two types: floating ball and trunnion mounted ball. For their range, face to face dimension and flange dimension, please refer to the corresponding data of common floating ball valve and trunnion mounted ball valve. For valves with working temperatrue above-50 ,long neck design is seldom adopted. For valves with working temperature below - 50 , the neck length H1 shall be 250mm, or shall be decided as per our own design and calculation.

Cryogenic Test
All components are cryogenic (-196 ) treatment prior to assembling. Valve is disassembled for degreasinge after hydrostatic and air test per API 598. Valve is re-assembled and was sumked in liquid nitrogen (-196 ) and tested with pure helium gas to detected the seat leakage.
