Step Up
Every now and then an organization has the belief and conviction to be different, to dare, to stand out from the rest. We, with this unique project, Step Up, have done just that stood out. The objective of Step Up is to take HCL to an entirely new and untapped market. Through this initiative, we will be organizing campus placements in colleges where they do not generally happen. The idea behind this is two-fold. While we want to leave no stone unturned in looking for and acquiring the best talent in the country, irrespective of where it is, we also want growth and progress to be all inclusive. This is part of our unique Blue Ocean strategy.

Academic Cut off: 60% or 6.5 CGPA and above in 10th, 12th & current degree with no current backlogs / standing arrears Eligible Streams: B. Tech / B.E. (Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering)
