TECHNICAL RIDER REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW To better understand the layout for the live show, there will be 3 to 4 performers on stage. One will be the ARTIST who is the lead singer; the others are the Keyboard Player and the Guitar Player who will be performing live and also be singing back up vocals. The 4th would be the percussionist, which the promoter/club MUST provide. The set length will be thirty-two (32) minutes long and may have an encore to extend the set depending on the demand. ARTIST will provide promoter/club (at soundcheck) with visuals to display during the show. The PROMOTER shall provide the following at the PROMOTERS sole cost:

- A professional sound and light system with sufficient speaker and amplification systems to produce top quality house and on-stage sound without distortion or feedback. - One (1) Stage. Minimum of 8 feet x 12 feet and elevated at least 3 feet above the main floor level (or 2.5 meters x 3.5 meters and elevated at least 0.9 meters). - One (1) Soundcraft/Mackie Mixing Console (or comparable quality brand) with enough inputs that can accommodate: Two (2) guitar channels Two (2) keyboard channels Three (3) microphone channels Three (3) individual mixes with sends to three (3) separate In-Ear monitor systems. - Three (3) SHURE OR SENHEISSER In-Ear Monitor SYSTEMS. These are ear pieces which allow the ARTIST and her Musicians to hear the play back CD over the instruments and the crowd. - Four (4) Direct Boxes. - Three (3) Shure SM58 Wired Microphones (no wireless microphones may be used). - Three (3) Boom Microphone Stands, no straight stands. - Three (3) Stage Monitors. May need additional monitors if stage is larger. - One (1) Pioneer CDJ-1000 (ARTIST may ask to place this CDJ-1000 on the stage, so there must be an extra CDJ-1000 if the ARTIST requests). - One (1) Multi Effects Processor Unit able to provide lush reverb and delay from a choice from the following: Lexicon PCM Series. Yamaha SPX Series. TC Electronics M3000 or M2000. - One (1) Compressor/Limiters Unit with tube pre-amp from the following choices: DBX 160A or 160X. Dramer DL 241. Or equivalent quality brand. No Alesis or Behringer models may be used as substitutes. - One (1) Keyboard/Synthesizer that must contain 61 weighted keys and have midi in and out from the following choices in the order of first to last: Korg Triton Roland RD300 SX Roland Juno-G Yamaha Motif ES8 Kurzweil K2600/K2661 - One (1) Keyboard Stand that can accommodate a larger Keyboard. No tables may be used as substitutes. - One (1) Electric Guitar. Fender Stratocaster Gibson Les Paul - One (1) Guitar Stand. - One (1) Extra set of guitar strings. - Six (6) Long inch cables. - One (1) well trained Percussionist with strong stage presence to play bongos and congas over the backing tracks. - One (1) DVD Projector System that projects onto or near the stage. May be substituted with minimum of four (4) 42 inch or larger Flat Panel Television Screens. - Depending on event location, up to ten (10) Electrical International Converters for any 120 volt electronic equipment that the Artist may bring with them (www.kropia.com/electric2.htm).

TECHNICAL RIDER REQUIREMENTS SOUNDCHECK

- Soundcheck time must be confirmed a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance. - Souncheck must be scheduled between the hours of 3pm and 6pm the day of the performance. - ARTIST is entitled to a two (2) hour soundcheck. - ARTIST should wait no longer than thirty (30) minutes to begin soundcheck. - Soundcheck must start and finish before the venue is open to the public. - Only employees of the venue may be present during the soundcheck.
MiXX iT uP MUST HAVE DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SOUND TECHNICIAN AND THE PERCUSSIONIST (HIRED BY THE PROMOTER/CLUB) A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ENGAGEMENT. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUEST MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND. IF THERE ARE ANY EXCEPTIONS OR CONCERNS REGARDING THE TECHNICAL RIDER, THEY MUST BE ADDRESSED AT LEAST THREE (3) WEEK PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ENGAGEMENT. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUEST MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND.

HOSPITALITY RIDER REQUIREMENTS - VENUE The PROMOTER shall provide the following at the PROMOTERS sole cost:

- A dedicated Dressing Room area or private space for the preparation before the show, which is to be equipped with: One (1) full length mirror with proper lighting for make-up. Two (2) clean, full size cotton towels. Eight (8) bottles of room temperature water (not refrigerated). One (1) fruit platter One (1) cold cut platter (turkey, ham, cheese, chicken, bread, spreads). Two (2) bottles of Champange, from one (1) of the following choices: o Dom Perignon o Cristal o Krug Hot water for making tea. - Proper Security at all times to ensure the safety of the ARTIST and band and all equipment and personal belongings of the ARTIST and the band while at the venue. - Proper Security to ensure that nobody is to be on stage while Artist performs, unless authorized by Artists Manager. This includes other Artists, DJs, promoters, promoters friends, etc. - Ensure that NO RECORDINGS of any kind are made in whole or part of the performance WITHOUT THE ARTISTS PRIOR CONSENT (in writing). - An Unlimited guestlist for ARTISTs guests (list of names will be provided at or before the sound check).

HOSPITALITY RIDER REQUIREMENTS ACCOMODATIONS The PROMOTER shall provide the following at the PROMOTERS sole cost: - Three (3) rooms for the length of ARTISTS stay at a FIVE STAR InterContinental HOTEL. - For U.S. Domestic shows a minimum of two (2) nights and for International shows a minimum of three (3) nights for each individual room. - Hotel Amenities must include the following: - Gym facilities - Pool facilities - 24 hour room service - Hotel Room Amenities must include the following: - In room high speed internet - Mini-bar - 10 bottles of non sparkling water (Evian, Fiji or Perrier) - Iron and Ironing board - Hair Dryer - Snacks of potato chips, chocolate and nuts - Heavy curtains which provide total darkness th - Hotel rooms should be no higher than the fifth (5 ) floor and all rooms should be adjacent so that the ARTIST and their entourage are all near one another. - ARTISTS room must be within fifty (50) feet of an emergency exit. - When available, room(s) must have a balcony.

HOSPITALITY RIDER REQUIREMENTS FLIGHTS The PROMOTER shall provide the following at the PROMOTERS sole cost: - One (1) Business Class Direct Return flight out of and back in to JFK (whenever available). - Two (2) Economy Class Direct Return flights (whenever available) for Keyboard Player and Guitarist. th - If ARTIST requires, a fourth (4 ) flight may be requested for a Road Manager. - All flights must via Delta or American (or alternate airline of the ARTISTS choice).

HOSPITALITY RIDER REQUIREMENTS GROUND TRANSPORTATION The PROMOTER shall provide the following at the PROMOTERS sole cost: - All of ARTISTS Ground Transportation for the full duration of the ARTISTS stay. - Transportation must be one of the following Luxury SUV vehicles: - Land Rover - Range Rover - Cadillac Escalade - Lexus LX - Lincoln Navigator - Driver must be fully rested and 100% alcohol free.

HOSPITALITY RIDER REQUIREMENTS MEALS The PROMOTER shall provide the following at the PROMOTERS sole cost: - Three (3) meals per day for the ARTIST and each person in the ARTISTS entourage (no fast food) for the full duration of ARTISTS stay.

HOSPITALITY RIDER REQUIREMENTS EXTRAS The PROMOTER shall provide the following at the PROMOTERS sole cost: - A Petty Cash allowance USD $150.00 in the local currency equivalent, to be left for the ARTIST upon arrival at the front desk of the hotel. - A local SIM CARD with sixty (60) local minutes, to be left for the ARTIST upon arrival at the front desk of the hotel.

IF THERE ARE ANY EXCEPTIONS OR CONCERNS REGARDING THE HOSPITALITY RIDER, THEY MUST BE ADDRESSED AT LEAST THREE (3) WEEK PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ENGAGEMENT. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUEST MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND.
